Adventure Cycling Association's mission is to inspire, empower and connect people to travel by bicycle. Established in 1973 as Bikecentennial, we are the premier bicycle-travel organization in North America with more than 40 years of experience and 52,000 members.

Adventure Cycling advocates for safe and accessible bike travel by working with state and federal agencies, and state and national parks. We also publish maps for our route network of almost 50,000 miles of on- and off-road bicycle routes. We also offer over 100 guided trips per year.
