Who We Are
Team Rubicon is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that utilizes the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. Founded in 2010, Team Rubicon has deployed across the United States and around the world to provide immediate relief to those impacted by disasters and humanitarian crises.
What We Do
3.1 Isolation Shelter basic support and preparation 3.2 FOOD SUPPORTIVE SERVICES OVERVIEW Food supportive services will include food packaging (i.e. preparing emergency food/supply packages), food delivery to specific locations, managing/participating food distribution in select locations at the direction of requesting organization (RO). Greyshirts will not participate in food/meal preparation. 3.3 INCIDENT COMMAND SUPPORT OVERVIEW TR’s support has been requested by agencies responsible for housing civilians while they undergo screening, quarantine, and repatriation. TR will support this operation by providing planning and logistical support. Greyshirts will serve in a support function to fill gaps for requesting organizations by performing tasks such as information/data gathering, coordinating civilian travel arrangements, inventory management, and any other administrative needs the requesting organization identifies 3.4 MOBILE TESTING SITE SUPPORT OVERVIEW Mobile, community-based testing sites are standing up in numerous locations throughout the country to provide a streamlined process for screening and/or testing community members for COVID-19. Greyshirts will support at community-based testing sites to fulfill a variety of non-medical needs and aid in the delivery of services. No medical or other specialized qualifications are necessary to support in this activity.
