Holiday Kids Night at Jeannette Rankin Fair Trade Store

Every year, the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center and fair trade store The Olive Branch host a special evening for children to have the store to themselves without their parents to do their holiday gift shopping.  We match up each child with a volunteer "elf" who helps the child with their selections and gift wrapping.  The evening is intended for children who are young enough to otherwise need to be with their parents, so the children can surprise their parents and other family and friends with gifts the children select without their parents present.  We also welcome volunteers 16 and older to help as elves.
