Help provide basic necessities that foster stability and well-being for young families in our community. At Mountain Home, we believe that providing basic necessities is the one step toward helping families achieve stability. Our Baby Boutique is a one-stop shop offering everything from baby clothes and toys to maternity wear and baby equipment - all donated by the generous members of our community.
As a Receiving Donation Support Volunteer, you will help us with our new donations! Your responsibilities may include lifting up to 30lbs to help bring new donations in from our shed and removing unaccepted items from donation room. You may also be asked to do some sorting or general tidying around the shop as well. We aim to create a welcoming environment for all who need to utilize our services.
Flexibility and Empowerment: Volunteers will be given the tools and guidance to successfully choose and select donations that best suit the needs of our families. This ensures the boutique remains stocked with high-quality, relevant items.
Volunteers can choose a shift from 2 hours up to two times a week.
