Please
join Conservation Lands staff on Saturday, June 14th from
9am-12pm where we’ll focus on hand pulling a large patch of Mullein
near the Jumbo saddle. Mullein may not be the worst invasive species, but
this patch is getting a little out of control and is also a great
candidate for hand pulling instead of using herbicides. Because Mullein is
a biennial plant, if we can remove most of the old seed heads and new
rosettes, we can really make a difference in a short period of time and
interrupt its cycle. This will be a fun event with beautiful views! We’ll provide additional details
