Opportunities From: Volunteer Missoula

Volunteer: Conservation Lands Management Program Volunteer Opportunities

The Conservation Lands Program of Missoula Parks & Recreation manages almost 5000 acres of Open Space and we could always use some extra help!  Examples of opportunities include ecological restoration (weed pulls, planting events, native seed collection), trail work, repairs or removals (fixing or removing fencing, installing plant protection), ecological monitoring, litter cleanup and more.  You can sign up here to receive email notifications about upcoming opportunities.

We can also facilitate group volunteer experiences for your business or organization.  Please contact Mike Sharp at sharpm@ci.missoula.mt.us for more information. Thank You!

Practices are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:45-6:45.

Volunteers can pick whatever shifts work for you.

If you are interested, please contact Meg Whicher at mwhicher@ci.missoula.mt.us
