Families for a Livable Climate hosts monthly climate gatherings for folks of all ages and backgrounds to connect in community, meet climate-concerned friends, learn together, and take action for a livable future.
Our next gathering will be a volunteer work day on Saturday, May 24 at 12pm at the Rocky Mountain Gardens to get your hands in the dirt and help get this community garden ready for the season.
Missoula County’s Rocky Mountain Gardens contain over 20 distinct growing areas including waterwise, pollinator-friendly, native prairie, native forest, vegetable, medicinal herb, sensory, rose, and ornamental garden beds, as well as a fruit tree and berry orchard. This free community resource requires maintenance - that’s where we come in! All ages are welcome to join this fun and hands-on volunteer action day!
