1. Donation Recruiter Crew (Community Outreach)

Summary: Donation Recruiters support the Silent Auction by conducting friendly, low-pressure outreach to local businesses. This role focuses on sharing information, building relationships, and tracking interest—not cold calling or sales.
Key Tasks: Drop off Silent Auction fliers at assigned local businesses
Share basic information about JRPC and the Peace Party when appropriate Answer simple questions and direct follow-up to staff as needed
Track responses and interest in a shared spreadsheet
Skills & Qualities: Comfortable talking with people, able to represent JRPC warmly, reliable follow-through, and interest in community-based outreach.
Conditions & Benefits: Volunteer position with flexible scheduling. Training, materials, and support provided. Includes gratitude, and the knowledge that you’re strengthening local connections.

2. Bundle Builder Crew (Organization & Curation)
Summary: Bundle Builders assemble donated items into cohesive, appealing Silent Auction packages that reflect community values and create a strong bidding experience.
Key Tasks:
Group donated items into themed bundles (e.g., Date Night, Wellness, Art)
Identify gaps, overlaps, or opportunities to strengthen bundles
Help name and describe bundles clearly
Keep bundle details updated in a shared spreadsheet
Skills & Qualities: Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and enjoyment of creative problem-solving.
