Volunteer Club Facilitators -- Do you have a special talent or hobby you would like to share with our school age youth and teens? Bring us yourself and your ideas! Volunteer Club Facilitators will plan, organize, and encourage involvement in club activities with the goal of creating a positive culture in their clubs. The goal is teaching something new while building community, having fun, and sharing. Clubs must be pre-approved by Y leadership, and the Y reserves all rights to decline activities not in line with our mission or core values or otherwise deemed not appropriate. Club Facilitators will work with limited supervision and must be comfortable working with school-age children and teens. Club Facilitators are viewed as healthy role models at the Y and in the community and should always model the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Club Facilitators must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges of a non-profit, community service organization and have the flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.
