Mothers' Milk Bank of Montana is seeking Board Members with a variety of professional skills. Our organization relies on our board of directors to develop and maintain contemporary personnel, financial, and governance policies, provide professional guidance, ensure adherence to mandates, hire, support, and evaluate its Executive Director, and provide financial oversight.
Milk Bank board members are active participants in governing the organization. They attend monthly board meetings, sit on at least one committee, and act as advisors to the Executive Director. We are seeking candidates with the following professional competencies:

Medical/pediatrics/infant nutrition
Fundraising
Legal
Accounting/bookkeeping
Strategic Management
Strategic Planning
Board Governance
